Yes, but the first phase is short and focuses mostly on the jaw bone, not making teeth perfectly straight. We often use simple appliances like expanders or Invisalign Teen / Invisalign First. Because we fix the hard structural issues during Phase One, Phase Two is much faster, easier, and more efficient when they are teenagers.
